If a delay has occurred and you are unable to wait any items that have not yet been despatched can be cancelled without penalty by contacting our customer services department.
Payment
Payment over the Internet can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo, or PayPal.
All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates (Currently 20%). VAT is not charged on orders outside of the UK as it will be collected by the customs in the delivery country. It may be necessary to adjust the prices in the event of an increase in VAT rates, or as a result of an international price increase. Customers are entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable.
Due to the nature of the clearing system, your credit card payment WILL be taken at the point of ordering. If a problem in supply should occur we will, of course, be happy to make a refund as appropriate.
Charges will appear on your bank statement as "Honcho-SFX.com"
Delivery

Most UK orders will be delivered using Royal Mail but some expensive, bulky and/or fragile products will be shipped via private courier. In the unlikely event that you have not received all or part of your order within the estimated delivery time and have not been contacted by us regarding a delay to your order please contact our customer services department, quoting your order number.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
